Dos Diablos-Eulogy to the Enemy

La Luz de Jesus Gallery is pleased to present “Eulogy to the Enemy” a solo exhibition by artist Dos Diablos. This will be the artist’s second solo exhibition with the gallery.

“In this new exhibit, I did an approximation of the symbols discourse ingrained in collective social thought; although having a retrograde and imposing character, have been reinterpreted through the ages, societies have transformed them into moral and spiritual supports, turning these mythologies into a great source of creation, of courage, in a present ally that is not there, but is with us. In some pieces I portray you, and in others I portray myself. This is my interpretation of those symbols, This is my tribute to the sanctimonious, the inquisitor, the enemy of truth;  the igniter of bonfires, the burner of heretics and witches… this is my eulogy to the enemy.”-Dos Diablos
