La Luz de Jesus Gallery is proud to offer in-house shipping and handling rates. Rates at checkout are determined by complexity, weight and size of the artwork as well as current rates determined by our WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin.
ARTWORK SHIPMENTS
Artwork is processed for shipping in-house using primarily recycled materials. La Luz de Jesus Gallery is passionate about the environment and understands the impact of waste the art shipping industry has and mitigates this by using recycled boxes and packing supplies that come in from wholesale suppliers through our Wacko/Soapplant partners. We do not claim to be carbon net zero because that is green-washing propaganda and just isn’t possible.
Artwork shipped nationally can be calculated at checkout. International shipments will not be calculated at checkout and patrons should expect to see an invoice to their email for shipment charges. La Luz de Jesus Gallery does not pay VAT duties or taxes for international shipments and does not collect taxes for out of state sales. This is the responsibility of the patron to report and pay these taxes.
All artwork is insured through our shippers.
Artwork that is unable to ship through USPS or UPS may be shipped using a shipment company. Artwork that cannot be shipped using these carriers will not calculate shipment fees at checkout but patrons will still be responsible for shipment fees.
All patrons are welcome to get accurate quotes for shipping before purchasing by emailing us at info@laluzdejesus.com. We can offer discounted rates of shipping for multiple artworks in a single shipment.
Artwork currently on exhibit is often contracted to be on exhibit until a specific date. Once the exhibition is over, artwork will be packed and shipped. Please contact us at info@laluzdejesus.com if you are not sure when the release date for the artwork is.
MERCHANDISE
T-shirts, Totes, Stickers and other Printful merchandise is print on order and is drop-shipped directly from Printful. Visit Printful’s Policy page for information on their shipping policy.
All books and posters are fulfilled through Wacko/Soapplant facilities. Shipments for these are often fulfilled within 5 business days and are shipped through USPS or UPS. These merchandise items are not insured. Discounts for shipping for these items are not available. International shipping is not calculated at checkout and patrons should expect to see an invoice for shipping fees to their provided email inbox. Patrons are responsible for all taxes and VAT duties.
